Zikhethele already exceeds employment equity requirements in regard to racial profile. The company will meet or exceed such equity requirements in regard to disability and female representation by implementing a dedicated plan to achieve this purpose in the short term. This is in compliance with the requirements of the National Employment Equity Strategy and relevant legislation.
